Nature Of Organization

The MAGDALO Para sa Pagbabago Movement, Inc. or simply MAGDALO is registered at Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) under SEC Registration Number CN200803760. Under the umbrella of MAGDALO is the SAMAHANG MAGDALO.

The SAMAHANG MAGDALO is characterized as a volunteers group of MAGDALO which seeks members all over the Country who are willing to adhere with its principles and advocacies and are willing to support its activities.

Samahang Magdalo Day

SAMAHANG MAGDALO Day shall be celebrated every 29th of November of each year. The date signifies the official launching of the organization. Furthermore, it was in November 29, 2007 when members of Magdalo reaffirmed their struggle against an oppressive leadership of GMA by walking out of the court hearing in Makati and made a stand in Manila Peninsula, Makati City.

All members shall renew their commitment on SAMAHANG MAGDALO Code of Conduct on this date.

Samahang Magdalo Oath:

 I (State your name), as a member of Samahang Magdalo pledge that:

•  I will be a productive and law-abiding citizen, 
•  That I will support the activities of Magdalo,
•  Observe the Samahang Magdalo Code of Conduct 

That:

I will love my God, my Country and my People.

I will love my family.

I will love my environment.

I will help those in need, most especially a fellow MAGDALO.

I will participate in elections; I will not sell my vote.

I will pay my taxes.

I will not bribe or be bribed.

I will be a good example to my fellow man.
